Our services extend to most areas of health, well-being and performance. We offer face to face services, online services and also product services.
In terms of coaching, we offer one:to:one coaching sessions with our head coach at our gym in South Cave, East Yorkshire. Small group bookings are also available. We also offer bespoke online coaching where you will have access to our Head Coach Matt and he will devise and evolve your training as you work towards any specific goals or events. If you are local to South Cave, East Yorkshire we also are available to book for Sports Massage, recovery and mobility sessions and consultations.
Our online shop is ran by a small dedicated team of professionals who offer advice, customer support and services to help guide you towards the products that are best suited to you.
In terms of programming, you will find an extensive range of programs available via the shop . In order to receive our programs, you must have set up a basic account with TrainingPeaks (see link). This will allow us to share your plan directly into your calendar. To get the most out of your training plan, we advise that you have some kind of smart watch and, if possible, a heart rate monitor. This will enable the plan to be the most effective as possible specific to you (not as necessary for strength plans).
Connect Your Device
Connecting your favorite fitness devices to your TrainingPeaks account allows you to sync your scheduled workouts to your smart watch or bike computer so that you get real-time training prompts during your workouts. After a workout is completed, your data will be sent back to TrainingPeaks so that you can track your progress and watch your fitness improve.
Stay on Track
Color-coded workout cards show exactly how close you are to completing every planned workout with just a glance.
Easily Analyze Workouts
Powerful analytical tools help break down complex data into easy-to-understand graphs and charts, giving valuable insights into your training.
Follow Your Progress
A customizable dashboard shows how your fitness is improving over time, including a summary of your performance history.

Finally you can book me on a purely consultation basis. You can book me to purely ask questions, help you get started on your fitness, health or performance journey or for a detailed current training assessment and recommendations moving forward.
